Ordering

How do I order?

Browse the store, then WhatsApp us at 9677 9426 with the item name, your event date, venue and theme. We'll confirm availability and send you the payment details.

For the Balloon Bracelet Party Package, use our bracelet picker to choose your 15 designs and send your order in one tap.

How early should I order?

For balloon backdrops and decorations, please order at least 14 days before your event. For pre-order items (sculptures, bouquets, bracelets and helium balloons), at least 5 days ahead.

Need it sooner? WhatsApp us and we'll check if we can still fit you in.

Can I customise the colours, theme or wording?

Yes. Most of our backdrops and decorations can be customised to your theme. For customised backdrops, our team will contact you within 24 hours, and you'll receive a digital mockup before we print.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

  • Free delivery for orders above $200
  • Orders below $200: $30 delivery fee
  • Sentosa and Tuas: extra $50

Can I self-collect?

Self-pickup is available for balloon bouquets and pre-order sculptures.

Setup and dismantle

Is setup and dismantle included?

  • Backdrops, arches, balloon drops and grand opening decorations: setup and dismantle included.
  • Balloon columns: setup included. Dismantle is included for orders above $299. Below that, dismantle is $80 per trip if needed.
  • Outdoor venues (columns and grand opening decorations): extra $60 for weights, dismantle included.
  • Pre-order items: dismantle is $80 per trip, if needed.
  • Ready-made displays and sculptures are yours to keep, so no dismantle is needed.

How long does setup take?

  • Small backdrop: 1 to 2 hours
  • Medium backdrop (4 to 5m): 2 to 3 hours
  • Large backdrop: 3 to 4 hours

Please make sure we can access the venue for this time before your event.

Can you set up early in the morning or late at night?

Yes, with a surcharge:

  • 5am to 11am: +$80
  • 10pm to 12am: +$100
  • 12am to 5am: +$200

Balloons

How long do the balloons last?

  • Long balloons (sculptures, bracelets): up to 3 days indoors, about 1 day outdoors
  • Round balloons (garlands, columns): 1 to 2 weeks indoors, 1 to 2 days outdoors

Keep balloons away from direct sunlight, heat and sharp objects so they last longer.
