Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • Cancel more than 14 days before your event: full refund, minus a 50% booking fee.
  • Cancel within 14 days of your event: no refund, as materials are prepared in advance.

Changing your event date

  • Free to postpone with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.
  • Less than 14 days' notice: $50 rescheduling fee.

Customised backdrops

  • Your design must be finalised 3 weeks before your event, when printing begins.
  • Printed items can't be changed or refunded once printing has started.

Balloons

  • Balloons are handmade and may vary slightly from photos.
  • We can't refund balloons that pop or deflate after delivery or setup, as they're affected by heat, sunlight and handling. If there's an issue at the time of delivery, WhatsApp us a photo within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

How refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
